Baked Fish Parcels


4 evenly sized fillets of fish (pin & boned)
4 sheets greaseproof
4 sheets of foil
Butter, lemon juice, salt & pepper

The seasoning can take many routes:

  • Lime & Parsley
  • Ginger & lemongrass
  • Chilli & coriander
  • Lemon & basil
